Mathilde Pardoux is a member of the Paris Bar (since 2008) and New York Bar (since 2007). She practiced law at the firms Lovells and Hughes Hubbard & Reed before joining FTMS in 2018.

 

Mathilde specialises in business litigation and arbitration and has developed a particular expertise in Banking and Financial Law, International Liability and Contract Law and Collective Procedures Law.

She acts as counsel of French and foreign companies before French courts and in arbitration proceedings in complex cases of international dimension.

She is a member of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA), the French Arbitration Association (AFA) and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
